No Cam, No Bosses, No Problem.
The Road Stem's patented rear clamp offers a knee saver design without the
use of an internal cam system. The result is lighter weight, increased strength and
superior durability when compared to cam stems. Our two bolt clamp has also been
approved for use on carbon steerers.
Removable Front Clamp
For 2000, Kore modified the machined front clamp to allow for easy removal.
The stem only uses two bolts to keep the weight down and kept the threads tucked
into the center tube for increased strength and maximum clearance. This allows the
tensions bolts to stay out of the way of shift and brake cables. It also allows for
a smaller front clamp allowing room for computers and heart rate monitors. |
